Fair-Cycle: Trade Fair for fair consumption and sustainable design

On 17/18 May 2014 the Fair-Cycle exhibition takes place in Munich for the first time. This is a new trade fair for fair consumption and sustainable design with a focus on Upcycling. Eco- and Upcycling-Market is a cooperation partner of the Fair-Cycle – we are already very excited!

The list of exhibitors that will be present at the fair sounds very promising. From established upcycling labels to creative start-ups a colorful range of Upcyclists is represented. Upgraded cement and feed bags, bottle caps, fabric remnants, cycling and fire hoses and much more will be on display here in the form of new products. The upcycling offer ranges from clothes, bags , accessories and jewelry to exciting furniture and art objects. In addition, there are bio-fair dainties on offer as well as information on alternative sustainable lifestyles.

Fair-Cycle: Focus on Upcycling

With a focus on “upcycling” the exhibition “Fair-Cycle” sets a sign against mass consumption and waste of resources. Way of the throwaway society towards a responsible use of the limited resources of water, air, land, raw materials and people.

In addition to the information and stalls, there will be a varied and informative program. Planned are presentations, workshops, live music, organic enjoyment and a trendy upcycling fashion show. There’s something for everyone , adults and children alike will get their money’s worth.

The association “The Energiebildner – Network for Education and Communication eV” is the organizer of the new information and sales fair. “We want to inspire through education for sustainability and put ourselves out for it with a lot of energy and commitment. We want to present especially products and services at the event that support a sustainable lifestyle.” said the organizers.

The venue is the “Reithalle” in Munich, a wonderful old industrial building with “character” in the middle of Munich.
